Jones Building Contractors Property Services Department covers a large range of services throughout the South West, with divisions in Portishead, Yeovil, Exeter, Plymouth and New Milton. This enables us to carry out a variety of contracts using directly employed skilled local labour.

This is an established department which has all the varied skills, knowledge and teams to carry out small works up to the value of £1 million, to include day to day repairs and small new build projects including extensions.

Our dedicated teams of directly employed trades people include plumbers, carpenters, plasterers, painters, bricklayers, ground workers and fencers, whom carry out these works to the highest standard the company expects, which is closely monitored through our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Assurance System.
